Baku: Housing cannot be considered separately from land, nor land separately from climate. For this reason, climate factors must be considered in the implementation of every construction and urban planning project, Minister of Urban Planning, Housing and Territorial Development of Guinea Mohamed Lamine Sy Savan© told AZERTAC on the sidelines of the WUF13.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the minister emphasized that positive experiences were gained during WUF13, stating: "This experience will contribute to the further improvement of Guinea's policies and will enable us, in cooperation with our partners, to provide citizens with decent housing and ensure secure and legally guaranteed property rights."

Minister Savan© highlighted that integrating climate considerations into urban planning is not only essential for sustainable development but also crucial for addressing the challenges posed by climate change.
