Baku: Next year, the state budget is expected to allocate AZN 2 billion 52.4 million for healthcare expenses, it has been reflected in the Ministry of Finance’s “Statement on the Preliminary Indicators of the State and Consolidated Budgets of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026”, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the allocation represents a significant portion of the national budget, with healthcare expenses constituting 4.9 percent of the total. The planned funding underscores the state’s commitment to bolstering the healthcare sector in the coming years.
