BAKU — Malik Saif ul Malook Khokhar, a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), praised the active participation of Azerbaijani citizens in the recent extraordinary parliamentary elections.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, At a briefing, Khokhar commended the conduct of the elections, which he described as open and transparent. The high level of citizen engagement was seen as a positive indicator of the robust health of Azerbaijan's democratic process. Khokhar expressed optimism that such democratic practices would lead ECO member states toward greater political maturity and stability.
