Baku: Jubilee medals commemorating the “150th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press (1875-2025)” were presented to several media representatives at a recent event. The medals were established by a decree from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the event also included an announcement that additional awardees will receive their jubilee medals in the near future. Among those honored with the medals were Vusala Mahirgizi, Jahangir Mammadli, Mirshahin Aghayev, Flora Khalilzadeh, Gahira Huseynova, and Gulu Maharramli, alongside several other notable figures in the media industry.
