Karabakh Conflict: Evidence of Severe Torture Found on Civilian Remains

Khojaly: “We are at a site where yet another crime committed by Armenians has been uncovered,” Karabakh war participant and journalist told journalists in Khojaly, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these incidents are unequivocally war crimes: “This is also something that defies humanity. I regret to say that initially, the remains of at least seven individuals have been discovered here. These human remains were buried in a non-traditional manner. Signs of severe torture have also been found on the remains belonging to civilians.”

He called on international organizations to put an end to double standards: “Those who committed this act of vandalism must be brought before a court of justice and receive the punishment they deserve.”
