Kazakhstan President Extends State Visit Invitation to Mongolian Leader.


Astana: Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended an invitation to Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh for a state visit to Kazakhstan in 2025. The announcement was made during high-level talks conducted in an expanded format between the two leaders.

According to Trend News Agency, President Tokayev emphasized the robust interparliamentary and intergovernmental connections already established between Kazakhstan and Mongolia, highlighting the significant potential for further collaboration. He stated, “We need to enhance our cooperation in trade, agriculture, transport and logistics, mining, industry, investments, new technologies, and space exploration.” Tokayev expressed confidence that the agreements signed during the discussions would significantly boost political and economic relations, stressing the importance of both governments implementing these agreements promptly and effectively.

Mongolia’s President Khurelsukh reiterated Mongolia’s dedication to strengthening ties with Kazak
hstan across a broad spectrum of mutual interests. He expressed optimism that the agreements reached during the talks would usher in a new chapter in bilateral relations, expanding cooperation and creating fresh opportunities for both nations.
