Humanitarian efforts have also been highlighted, with significant contributions in education, youth development, culture, and healthcare during Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva's visit to Kenya in December 2024. These efforts are further supported by the Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA).
The reports also noted the importance of educational scholarships awarded to Kenyan youth under the 'Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant' program. These scholarships are seen as vital for strengthening the bonds of friendship and partnership between the peoples of Kenya and Azerbaijan.
