Erbil: Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, has conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Azerbaijan on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Barzani expressed his warm wishes to both the President and the people of Azerbaijan, emphasizing his hope for continued progress, stability, and prosperity for the nation. He also highlighted the significance of Eid al-Adha as a time for peace, happiness, and renewed goodwill, not only for the people of Azerbaijan but for the wider region.

Barzani reaffirmed the Kurdistan Regional Government's commitment to further enhancing the friendship and cooperation between the two regions. He expressed his desire for these strengthened bonds to benefit both peoples, underscoring the importance of mutual support and collaboration.

In his message, Barzani also extended his highest consideration and respect, reinforcing the positive relationship and future cooperation between the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Azerbaijan.
