Latvian President Highlights Global Importance of Azerbaijan-Armenia Peace Treaty

Baku: Latvian President Edgars Rinkevics has underscored the significance of the newly initialed peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia, highlighting its importance for regional and global security. In a joint press statement with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on April 22, President Rinkevics expressed his congratulations to Azerbaijan on the progress made and emphasized the need for a swift conclusion to the treaty process.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the discussion between the two leaders also covered a range of regional developments.
