The Aliyeva sisters took part in exploring the artisan's home-based workshop, where they viewed a wide range of his decorative handmade creations.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the visit allowed Samir Habibov to share insights into his artistic wood carving techniques, the specific materials he uses, and the decorative items he produces. Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva observed the intricate carving process and even participated in crafting handmade pieces, gaining a deeper understanding of the craft.
Samir Habibov, who honed his skills from his father during childhood, specializes in creating souvenirs, decorative items, and household products. These items are crafted from various types of wood and are adorned with intricate national ornaments. His handcrafted works are made available to consumers through the "ABAD" retail and sales network, supporting family businesses.
