OUAGADOUGOU — A magnitude 3 earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea, with the epicenter located at a depth of 66 kilometers.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported that the earthquake occurred at 14:45 local time. No damage or casualties have been reported.
