She conveyed Mexico's eagerness to welcome participants from various countries to the upcoming event.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the ambassador emphasized the importance of international collaboration and cultural exchange that such forums foster. She concluded her speech with a well-known saying from her country, "My house is your house" ("Mi casa es tu casa"), symbolizing the hospitality that Mexico intends to offer to all attendees.
