Baku: Azerbaijan and Israel have established a solid legal framework to expand their business relations, as stated by Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov at the Azerbaijan-Israel Business Forum in Baku. The Minister noted that agreements on investment promotion, mutual protection, and the elimination of double taxation support this cooperation.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Minister emphasized the strong and pragmatic partnership between Azerbaijan and Israel, which has yielded results across various sectors. A notable example is the strategic cooperation agreement between the Azerbaijan Investment Company, now part of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, and Israel's OurCrowd. This agreement focuses on investments to enhance technological and business ties, particularly in energy, healthcare, cybersecurity, the agri-food sector, and educational technologies.
