Baku: A traffic accident on the Gala-Pirallahi road has resulted in 19 individuals being hospitalized at the Sabunchu Medical Center’s Emergency Department. The incident, which occurred on September 8, involved 18 women and one man.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, all patients received necessary medical care. Twelve individuals, whose conditions were stable, have been discharged for outpatient treatment. Seven patients remain under observation and treatment, with their conditions described as moderately severe.

Earlier reports from the Baku City Main Police Department’s State Traffic Police indicated that the accident involved a collision between a Hyundai car and a Mercedes minibus in the Khazar district on the same road. Investigations into the cause of the incident are currently ongoing.
