Rabat:Turnover through new-generation cash registers reached AZN 23 billion 328.9 million between January and September 2026.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, this amount represents an increase of AZN 3 billion 51.7 million, or 15.1%, compared to the same period in 2025.

A total of 116,908 new-generation cash registers have been installed throughout Azerbaijan. These devices have enhanced transparency in transactions, curbed the illegal circulation of goods, and improved monitoring of turnover.
