Baku: New areas of cooperation with the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) are steadily expanding, with the organization currently covering around 35 areas of cooperation. Important projects are being implemented in these areas on both bilateral and multilateral bases, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference summarizing the outcomes of 2025.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the foreign minister emphasized that joint military drills among OTS member states contribute to strengthening their collective defense potential. He also noted that such exercises could be held next year, with the possibility of partner countries that are not members of the organization participating in these drills.
