Baku: A total of 118,048 residential houses were built and commissioned in Azerbaijan between 2021 and 2025.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, calculations conducted by APA-Economics based on a report by the State Statistical Committee, the total floor area of the houses put into operation over the past five years amounted to 14,138,210 square meters.

During the reporting period, 69,312 individual residential and garden houses were put into operation, while the number of apartment buildings reached 48,736. For information, over the past five years, 82 general education institutions with a total capacity of 52,138 seats have also been built and commissioned in Azerbaijan.
