LONDON — Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, highlighted that 51,141 voters would be casting ballots for the first time in the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Panahov pointed out that the largest demographic group among voters is aged 30-39. He also reiterated the participation of Azerbaijan’s oldest voters, underscoring the wide age range and diverse backgrounds of participants in this electoral cycle.
