Azerbaijan MFA Denies Allegations of Weapon Purchase from Italy

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, spokesperson for the Ministry, the claims by Armenia do not align with the factual data provided by international organizations concerning Azerbaijan’s military budget. He noted that contrary to the allegations, Azerbaijan’s military spending is not excessively higher than Armenia’s and highlighted Armenia’s 46% increase in military expenditure as an indication of its own militarization.
