Islamabad: Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, along with members of the Pakistani government, received a delegation led by Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan for supporting the establishment of Pakistan's first 'ASAN Khidmet' center.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif emphasized plans to expand 'ASAN Khidmet' centers in Islamabad and various provinces in Pakistan. He committed to personally overseeing the activities of these centers and issued instructions to government members to ensure their successful implementation.

The meeting also discussed the 'ASAN Visa' system, created under instructions from the President of Azerbaijan, which has facilitated increased tourist flow from Pakistan to Azerbaijan. The Prime Minister showed interest in adopting Azerbaijan's experience with the 'ASAN Visa' system to enhance Pakistan's tourism sector.

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, was also present at the meeting, indicating the collaborative efforts between the two countries in public service innovation and tourism development.
