The temporary operator of the regular route 205 has been replaced and resumed operations. Passenger transportation on the regular route number 205 is already carried out by BakuBus buses.

The Baku Transport Agency told AZERTAC that the traffic scheme on route 205 has also been changed. According to the change, the route will connect the Lokbatan Transport Exchange Center and the Nasimi station of the Baku Metro with the 20th Area. Thus, meeting the needs of residents of various settlements of Garadagh district, as well as the population working in this direction for public transport will be further improved.

It should be noted that, as a result of the analysis conducted on the basis of numerous citizens’ appeals, a number of shortcomings were revealed in the organization of passenger transportation on the regular route number 205. Irregular operation of the route, unforeseen intervals, interruptions in the operation of the route and other violations of the rules of passenger transportation caused legitimate dissatisfaction of passengers.

Although the issue of eliminating the shortcomings was raised with the carrier, no action was taken in this direction.
