A meeting of the Public Council (IS) under Azersu OJSC was held.

AZERTAC was informed by the OJSC that the agenda of the meeting included the Code of Conduct and Regulations of the Council, as well as other issues. At the last meeting, the proposals put forward by the members of the Council were re-discussed, and the Code of Ethics and Regulations of the Council was adopted.

Approval of the Council’s logo and letterhead on current issues, creation of an electronic system of incoming complaints and applications, re-systematization with additions to the proposals made at the last meeting, organization of clerical work, ensuring the participation of the Business Representative in Azersu board meetings, relevant public The establishment of cooperation with the councils and related institutions and the signing of a memorandum of cooperation, more effective organization of the Council’s activities and other issues were discussed and relevant decisions were made. Based on the proposals, it was decided to develop an action plan.

During the activity, the Public Relations Department of the OJSC responded promptly to all issues in connection with the appeals of citizens, NGOs and media representatives to the members of the business and sent them to the relevant agencies. Therefore, gratitude was expressed to the management of Azersu and employees of the Public Relations Department.

Chairman of the Council Rauf Zeyni said that the Council and Azersu will continue to work to ensure effective and useful cooperation, transparency, public control and citizen satisfaction.
