Baku: 'WUF13 has become a successful platform for discussing important issues related to urbanization at a global level,' Patricia Scotland, former Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, told AZERTAC during the forum held in Baku.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Patricia Scotland expressed that WUF13 was held very successfully. She noted that Azerbaijan should be proud of what it has achieved. The country has brought the world together to discuss important issues related to urbanization.
