BAKU — In a recent congratulatory letter to Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov on Independence Day, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev highlighted the strengthening strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Aliyev praised the socio-economic advancements in Kyrgyzstan under Zhaparov’s leadership and noted the positive dynamics in bilateral relations spurred by mutual respect and historical friendship. The Azerbaijani leader underscored the fruitful outcomes of regular high-level interactions, which have notably enhanced cooperation across trade, economic, investment, and transportation sectors. Aliyev expressed confidence in the potential for further expanding these ties to benefit both nations substantially.
