Baku: The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed an order to award Vahid Aziz oglu Jafarov, known as Vahid Aziz, the “Sharaf” Order.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the decision was made in recognition of Vahid Aziz’s long-term productive contributions to the development of Azerbaijani literature. The order follows Item 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. President Aliyev acknowledged Aziz’s significant impact on the literary landscape of the nation through this prestigious award.
