Baku: The appointment and dismissal of the deputy chairpersons of the Board of the Azerbaijan Space Agency (Azercosmos) public legal entity have been delegated to the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON), APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the authority to appoint and dismiss deputy chairpersons was previously vested in the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. This change indicates a shift in the organizational structure and decision-making process within the Azerbaijan Space Agency.
