Tianjin: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Mo Dingge, Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Limited (CNCEC), in the Chinese city of Tianjin. The meeting, reported by APA’s correspondent dispatched to China, focused on enhancing cooperation between Azerbaijan and CNCEC in various sectors.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, discussions during the meeting revolved around the petrochemical industry, oil refining activities, and the manufacturing of petrochemical products. The CNCEC Chairman highlighted the favorable investment climate present in Azerbaijan, indicating a positive outlook for future partnerships.

The meeting concluded with the exchange of a Framework Agreement between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation “Seven LTD.” The agreement, witnessed by President Ilham Aliyev and CNCEC Chairman Mo Dingge, aims to implement joint projects within Azerbaijan and other countries.
