Baku: President Ilham Aliyev declared that Azerbaijan's Garabagh Victory has established a new geopolitical reality in the region, facilitating the development of the Zangezur Corridor. He made these remarks during his address at the Fifth Meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that the Garabagh Victory, which occurred six years ago, is a source of pride and honor for Azerbaijan. He noted that this victory not only changed the geopolitical landscape but also opened opportunities for economic, logistical, and strategic connections through the Zangezur Corridor. He expressed gratitude to the countries represented at the meeting for their support in reconstructing and restoring the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

President Aliyev acknowledged the deep appreciation and gratitude of the Azerbaijani people for these initiatives. He reiterated the importance of the continued cooperation and support from the member states of the Organization of Turkic States in realizing these regional projects.
