Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Viktor Orb¡n and the people of Hungary on the occasion of Hungary’s national holiday, APA reports. In his message, President Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary, emphasizing mutual visits, regular contacts, and close cooperation as key factors in the ongoing development and strengthening of bilateral ties.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the broad scope of issues on the bilateral agenda, noting the deepening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Hungary. He pointed out the fruitful partnership in the energy sector and emphasized the importance of political dialogue in enriching joint activities across various areas.
The Azerbaijani President also underscored the significance of cooperation within international organizations, particularly the Organization of Turkic States. He referenced the participation of both leaders in the organization’s summits this year, which took place in Budapest and Gabala, as a testament to the commitment to strengthening unity and solidarity between the two nations.
President Aliyev expressed confidence in the continued joint efforts to further enhance the friendly relations and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Hungary, aligning with the aspirations of both peoples.
