Baku: President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva hosted a state banquet at the Gulustan Palace in Baku. The event was organized in honor of To Lam, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and his spouse, Ngo Phuong Ly.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the banquet included a concert that showcased performances of both Azerbaijani and Vietnamese music, highlighting the cultural ties between the two nations.
