Tianjin: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Xi Yinfen, Executive Vice President of the PowerChina Group, in the Chinese city of Tianjin. The meeting highlighted the successful operations of the company in Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, discussions centered on cooperation in the fields of green energy, environmental protection, water resources management, wastewater treatment, power generation, and green hydrogen projects. Both parties also explored opportunities in construction and equipment production.

The meeting delved into prospects for collaboration in constructing solar and wind power plants, integrating “smart energy systems,” and training local specialists.
