Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has ratified the ‘Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil,’ which was signed in Braslia on September 1, 2025.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev signed a decree to finalize this agreement. The Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan is tasked with implementing the provisions of the Agreement once it comes into effect. Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is responsible for notifying the Government of Brazil that all necessary domestic procedures for the Agreement’s entry into force have been completed.
