Baku: President Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan's economic performance is very positive, highlighting significant achievements during his speech at the official opening ceremony of Baku Energy Week.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that leading international rating agencies have consistently raised Azerbaijan's ratings annually, resulting in the country achieving an investment-grade rating. He also mentioned that the poverty level has been reduced to 5%, with unemployment figures around the same level. Additionally, President Aliyev noted a significant reduction in foreign debt, underscoring the country's economic progress.
