Khojaly: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev recently visited Dashbulag village in the Khojaly district. During his visit, he was informed about the latest developments in the village.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Dashbulag came under Azerbaijan’s control following an anti-terror operation by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in September 2023. Since regaining control, extensive efforts have been made to enhance the village’s social infrastructure. The restoration of 20-kilometer electricity and gas lines, a water reservoir, and a subartesian well has been completed. Additionally, a transformer installation and metering work are underway, with approximately 8 kilometers of new gas lines laid and the drinking water network reconstructed. The project for communication lines has been approved, and construction preparations are ongoing.

Social and utility facilities are now operational, with a park and flag square established, and internal roads asphalted. Dashbulag consists of 195 houses, of which 39 are uninhabitable and 156 are partially habitable. So far, 15 houses have been restored. By the end of the year, 58 houses are expected to be ready for use, with an additional 83 houses scheduled for completion next year. Currently, 14 families, totaling 72 people, have relocated to the village.

During his visit, President Aliyev also visited Mazahir Novruzov, a resident who recently relocated to Dashbulag, and interacted with his family members.
