President of Slovakia Tours Sea Breeze Resort on Caspian Sea Coast

Baku: President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini visited the Sea Breeze resort on the Caspian Sea coast on July 15. During his visit, Emin Agalarov, the founder of Sea Breeze, provided the Slovak President with a detailed briefing on both completed and upcoming projects at the resort.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Sea Breeze resort spans an impressive 500 hectares and has successfully completed and commissioned over 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate. The site currently hosts more than 500 constructed properties, with a residential population exceeding 20,000. Projections indicate that by 2028, the number of residents will surpass 50,000, and the long-term plan aims to accommodate up to 500,000 people upon the project's full completion.

The resort has allocated over 150 hectares to recreational zones, parks, and beaches. Key infrastructure developments, such as a school, kindergarten, and hospital, have been integrated to ensure a convenient living environment for both residents and visitors. Landscaping initiatives have led to the planting of approximately 10 million plants and trees, expanding the green areas to 300 hectares.

Located just 30 minutes from Baku's city center, Sea Breeze offers a blend of various real estate types, establishing its reputation as a unique global project.
