President of Uzbekistan Commends Azerbaijan’s Economic Progress

Baku: We sincerely rejoice at Azerbaijan's development, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said at the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, APA's special correspondent reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Mirziyoyev highlighted the achievements made in a short period of time and emphasized that these serve as an example for collaborative efforts between the two nations. During the meeting, detailed discussions took place in a narrow format, and future projects were outlined for further cooperation.

In his address, President Mirziyoyev expressed the significance of the meeting as a reflection of the strong historical and cultural ties that bind Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. He congratulated Azerbaijan on its successful reforms and acknowledged the dynamic and sustainable growth of its economy, which is marked by the development of new sectors and modern infrastructure.
