Yekaterinburg: The Prosecutor General’s Office has confirmed that Ziyaddin Safarov was in perfect health when he was taken from his home, prior to his brutal murder in Yekaterinburg. This was revealed during a briefing held regarding the torture and intentional killing of Azerbaijani citizens in the Russian Federation, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Parviz Jalilov, an investigator from the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office, shared video footage that captures the moment of Safarov’s detainment. Jalilov highlighted that Safarov was completely healthy and showed no signs of injury at the time of his arrest.

Jalilov emphasized that the evidence suggests Safarov was killed as a result of torture. The case has raised significant concern over the treatment of Azerbaijani citizens in Russia, prompting further investigation by authorities.
