In January-July 2023, Azerbaijan exported over 385.95 thousand tons of crude oil and petroleum products to Romania, by 2.48 percent of the total export of raw materials from Azerbaijan. On an annual basis, this indicator increased by 48.35 percent, or by 125.78 thousand tons. The value of exports of Azerbaijani oil and petroleum products to Romania in the specified period amounted to 233.767 million US dollars. This is 23.31 percent, or $ 44.188 million more than in the same period of 2022. In general, in January - July 2023, Azerbaijan exported about 15.54 million tons of oil and petroleum products, which is 5.33 percent less than in the same period last year (16.414 million tons). In value terms, oil exports amounted to more than $9.444 billion, which is 23.82 percent, or $2.952 billion less than in January- July 2022
