BAKU — A Russian observer has confirmed that the recent snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were conducted in full compliance with regulatory standards.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the elections were conducted legitimately and demonstrated Azerbaijan's compliance with democratic norms. "Azerbaijan achieved another political success," Korotchenko noted, adding that the elections were in line with the country's contemporary political demands. Following the restoration of its territorial integrity, Azerbaijan has conducted sequential presidential and parliamentary elections, underlining the stability of its political landscape.
