Baku: The Slovak and Swedish Embassies will serve as NATO Liaison Offices in Azerbaijan, the Swedish Embassy announced on its social media account, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Slovak Embassy and the Swedish Embassy have expressed their satisfaction in announcing their roles as NATO Liaison Offices in Azerbaijan during the 2025-2026 period, effective from January 1.

Ambassadors Lajciak and Lorentzson are expected to support NATO’s outreach efforts and engage in various partnership activities in Azerbaijan. This initiative will be carried out in close collaboration with Azerbaijani counterparts, as outlined in the social media post.
