Ukraine’s Naftogaz has signed memoranda of understanding with a number of foreign companies, including the United Arab Emirates’ consortium Dragon Oil, Azerbaijan’s SOCAR USA, US-based Helmerich & Payne Inc. (H&P) and 3 Seas Energy.

This was announced during the Ukrainian Gas Investment Congress in Kiev on October 20-21, AZERTAC reports.

These memorandums play a key role in partnerships for new strategic projects, including the development of the Black Sea region and dense gas fields, as well as increasing production efficiency in depleted fields.
