Baku: The assets of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) amounted to $73,541.5 million (AZN 125,020.5 million) at the beginning of 2026, and $73,515.9 million (AZN 124,976.9 million) as of March 31, 2026.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during January-March 2026, SOFAZ's total revenues amounted to AZN 3,180.0 million. In the same period, the Fund's oil and gas revenues totaled AZN 1,803.1 million.

Total income from asset management activities reached AZN 1,376.8 million, including off-budget revenues of AZN 2,117.9 million generated from changes in gold prices and exchange rate differences. At the same time, due to changes in the market value of the investment portfolio, a decrease of AZN 741.1 million in investment income was recorded.

Budget expenditures for the reporting period amounted to AZN 3,223.5 million.
