Baku: Francina Armengol Socias, the Speaker of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain, arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit on January 22. At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Spanish parliamentary delegation was welcomed by Sevil Mikayilova, Head of the Milli Majlis Working Group on Interparliamentary Relations with Spain; Ramiz Hasanov, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Spain; Cristina Latorre, Spain's Ambassador to Trkiye and Azerbaijan; Jos© Pedro Torrubia, Charg© d'Affaires in Azerbaijan; and other officials.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Francina Armengol Socias is scheduled to hold several meetings with Azerbaijani officials during her visit. The discussions will focus on the further development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
