Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on additional measures related to stimulating the export of non-oil and non-gas goods and supporting transportation costs, APA reports. According to the Decree, transport support for transportation costs incurred during the export of non-oil and non-gas goods will be paid from the state budget.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision aims to bolster the country's export sector by easing financial burdens on exporters. The move is part of a broader strategy to diversify the national economy by encouraging the growth of the non-oil and non-gas industries.
The Decree is expected to provide a significant boost to exporters by allowing them to allocate more resources to production and market expansion. By covering the transportation costs, the government is helping to make Azerbaijani goods more competitive in international markets.
