Territorial Claims in Armenian Constitution Major Barrier to Peace Treaty, Says Azerbaijani Minister

ANKARA – Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov highlighted territorial claims in the Armenian constitution as a significant obstacle to finalizing a peace treaty.

According to APA’s correspondent in Turkey, during the joint press conference with Hakan Fidan, Bayramov stressed that these claims against Azerbaijan and Turkey hinder the historic opportunity to establish lasting peace in the region. He called for amendments to overcome these challenges.
