Baku: Another group of 30 Ukrainian children has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in a rehabilitation program aimed at providing social and psychological support. This initiative is organized by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the program has already assisted over 600 Ukrainian children. The 10-day program is structured into two main stages. Initially, the children will engage in group therapy sessions, and attend meditation and yoga classes, along with various psychosocial trainings and workshops at a camp in Baku.
In the following stage, the children will be transferred to the Gabala Children's Rehabilitation Center. Here, they will receive comprehensive medical and social-psychological rehabilitation services, including therapeutic massage, therapeutic pool and bath procedures, art therapy, and more.
Beyond rehabilitation, the program offers participants the chance to explore Azerbaijan's cultural heritage. The children will have opportunities to learn about the country's art, visit historical sites, and experience the national cuisine.
