Moscow: The US dollar and euro have strengthened in Russia, APA's Moscow bureau reports. The interbank exchange rate of the dollar has exceeded 87 rubles, a level that was last recorded in April 2024.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the over-the-counter exchange rate of the euro has risen above 100 rubles for the first time since September 2025. This increase marks a significant shift in currency dynamics within the Russian financial market.
