Baku:The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has updated its forecast for Azerbaijan's oil and other liquid hydrocarbons production for the years 2026-2027. The revised forecast anticipates an average daily production of 530,000 barrels in 2027, an increase from the previous estimate of 520,000 barrels.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, For 2026, the EIA maintains its forecast that daily production will reach 550,000 barrels. In previous years, production figures showed a steady decrease, with 570,000 barrels per day recorded in 2025 and 600,000 barrels per day in 2024.
