Tashkent: Bakhtiyor Saidov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Azerbaijani Ambassador Huseyn Guliyev to mark the conclusion of Guliyev's diplomatic mission in the country.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Bakhtiyor Saidov expressed his gratitude to the ambassador for his significant role in enhancing the strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. During his 14-year tenure, Huseyn Guliyev was recognized as a respected representative of Azerbaijan and the dean of the diplomatic corps. The foreign minister commended the ambassador for advancing cooperation and reinforcing the traditional friendly and fraternal ties between the two nations. For his dedicated service, Huseyn Guliyev was awarded high state honors by Uzbekistan.

Bakhtiyor Saidov extended his thanks to the ambassador for his commitment and wished him good health and continuous success in his future endeavors.
