Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan Forge New Geoeconomic Reality

Tashkent: President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, asserted that Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan are forging a new geoeconomic reality at the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of the two nations. This development, according to APA's special correspondent, reflects the growing regional consolidation and cooperation driven by Tashkent and Baku.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of Azerbaijan's participation in consultative meetings, which has paved the way for expanded economic and humanitarian collaboration between the regions. The joint efforts of both countries are contributing to the creation of a self-sufficient macroregion with significant potential for joint development.

President Mirziyoyev further highlighted the comprehensive discussions held during the meeting, which focused on various aspects of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan partnership. He noted the mutual goodwill and determination to transform positive developments into reality, emphasizing the commitment to undertake major, large-scale projects across different sectors.
